Workers' Compensation

Recorded Statement Request Handling

If you were recently injured on the job, you might have received a call from an insurance adjuster requesting a recorded statement.  If this is the case, you should seek legal counsel immediately!  Most of the information needed to process a workers’ comp claim is collected from the employer when an accident is reported or from the subsequent medical treatment. The questions asked during the recorded statement may also seem unclear. Since your responses can negatively impact your ability to receive the medical treatment necessary to return to work, this underscores the importance of having proper representation.
