Our Founder
My name is Chase Villeret. I’m a Covington-based attorney and the Founder of Villeret Law Firm, LLC. I was born and raised in the River Parishes of Louisiana to a hard-working, blue-collar family. The support of my parents allowed me to earn a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in public health &, subsequently, my law degree (J.D.), all from LSU.
With a passion for helping people, a master’s degree in a health-related field, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology & conditions, it probably comes as no surprise that my practice focuses primarily on representing and protecting the rights of injured workers and disabled individuals against insurance companies & the government. While workers’ compensation claims and personal injury cases make up the majority of my caseload, I also represent clients with their hurricane/storm-related property claims, and I am one of the only attorneys in the State of Louisiana licensed to handle veterans’ disability appeals.
I regularly speak for the National Business Institute on various Louisiana Workers’ Compensation issues and am a member of both the 22nd Judicial District Court Bar & Louisiana State Bar Associations. Away from the practice, I love spending time and traveling with my wife & children, working on carpentry projects, and coaching youth lacrosse and baseball on the Northshore.
If I may be of service to you or someone you know, please reach out via phone (985.327.2601), our contact form, or through social media to schedule a free consultation or case evaluation.
